Privacy Policy

NasaCode VPN (the “Company,” “we,” or “us”) is registered in Wyoming, USA, and operates the NasaCode VPN network service (“the Service”) for developers who need stable, low-latency access to coding APIs and tooling. We treat your data the way good engineers treat dependencies — minimal, audited, and only what the job requires. This policy is written to meet recognized standards such as the GDPR and CCPA.

1. Data We Refuse to Log

Our no-logs stance is concrete. None of the following is ever tracked, collected, or stored:

  • Traffic: the endpoints you hit, the payloads you transfer, or the destination addresses you reach.
  • Metadata: your originating IP, DNS resolutions, or session start and end timestamps.
  • Identity links: any record that could connect your activity to your real identity.

2. Minimal Data We Do Hold

Running an account requires a tiny footprint, and no more:

  • Account: your email, for login, recovery, and support correspondence.
  • Payment tokens: handled by processors such as Stripe; raw card data never reaches our servers.
  • Optional diagnostics: anonymous device model and OS version, shared only if you opt in, to debug compatibility.

3. Regional Gate at Connect Time

Trade rules and our operating policy keep certain “restricted regions” — Mainland China, Russia, Belarus, and U.S.-sanctioned territories among them — off the Service. The only enforcement step is this:

  • In-memory lookup: at connect time your source IP is checked once, in memory, to confirm eligibility.
  • Immediate discard: once verified, that IP is dropped on the spot and is never written to disk or a database.

4. Disclosure and Legal Requests

Your personal information is never sold, rented, or traded. We disclose data only under narrow conditions:

  • Binding orders: where a valid, enforceable order from a U.S. court compels it.
  • Nothing to surrender: since we keep no activity logs, there is no usage history to provide to law enforcement, even when lawfully requested.

5. Export Controls and Sanctions

We comply fully with the export-control and sanctions regimes that apply to the Service and decline any business that would breach them. At our discretion, we may restrict the Service — in whole or in part — for any person, entity, region, or jurisdiction at any time.

By downloading and using the Service, you certify that you are not a sanctions target and are not connecting from a location where such access is barred.

6. License Grant

Provided you honor these Terms, NasaCode VPN gives you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, and limited license to download and use the Service. Reverse engineering, redistributing to unauthorized parties, or any use we have not expressly permitted is prohibited. No intellectual property of NasaCode VPN passes to you by implication or otherwise.

7. Rules of Use

The Service is available globally, so confirming your own use is lawful is your responsibility. If your region falls under the limits above, access may be withheld. While using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Transmit unsolicited advertising or “spam” across the Service.
  • Post or send anything illegal, hateful, threatening, deceptive, or defamatory, anything that infringes intellectual property, or anything that incites unlawful behavior.
  • Reproduce or distribute copyrighted or otherwise protected material without the rights holder’s consent.
  • Probe, scan, or connect to systems without authorization — any form of hacking.
  • Compile or share a list of the IP addresses we operate.

If, at our sole discretion, we conclude the Service is being misused, NasaCode VPN may restrict access, terminate the account, or pursue any legal remedy available — without refunding fees already paid.

8. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Service running, but it is provided “as is” and “as available.” We offer no warranty, express or implied, as to accuracy, fitness for a purpose, or non-infringement, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or defect-free. You access it at your own risk.

Coverage, throughput, and server locations vary, and interruptions can stem from factors beyond us — upstream failures, network faults, interference, and similar. We are not responsible for data delayed, lost, or misrouted as a result. To safeguard the network and its users, we may limit usage, suspend service, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

Features may change as the Service evolves; where practical we give advance notice of material changes. Our Content is authored in English, and translations are best-effort — the English text controls in case of conflict.

9. Your Rights and Encryption

  • Access and erasure: you may view, correct, or request deletion of the account data we hold.
  • Encryption: traffic in the app is secured with industry-standard AES-256 to block interception.

10. Governing Law and Severability

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, disregarding its conflict-of-law rules.

Should any clause be held invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted to come as close as lawfully possible to its original intent, while the remaining clauses continue in full force. A failure to enforce any right at one time does not waive it later, nor does it excuse any subsequent breach.
