Terms of Service
Last Updated: January 27, 2026
1. Scope of This Agreement
NasaCode VPN provides a low-latency network path built for developer toolchains — keeping coding assistants and their APIs reachable and stable. These Terms form the contract between you and NasaCode VPN (referred to here as “we,” “us,” or “the Service”) the moment you install or use the app. Continue only if you accept them in full; otherwise, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility by Region
NasaCode VPN is not offered everywhere. For compliance and risk reasons, the Service is unavailable to users in:
- Countries under U.S. trade embargoes — Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria, for instance.
- Jurisdictions where operating a VPN is heavily restricted or legally risky, presently including Mainland China, Russia, and Belarus.
Geo-IP filtering and similar controls help us enforce this. Accounts detected inside a restricted region may be closed without notice and are not refundable.
3. Acceptable Use
The Service is for lawful engineering work. You agree to steer clear of:
- Hacking, DDoS, or reaching into any network without authorization.
- Shipping malware or spam, or running any kind of fraud.
- Redistributing content that infringes third-party IP — valid DMCA takedowns are honored.
- Touching illegal content of any kind, including material that harms minors.
4. Logging and the Handshake Check
We run a strict no-logs operation, detailed in our Privacy Policy. The single carve-out is a transient geolocation lookup during the connection handshake, used purely to apply the regional rules in Section 2. It is momentary and leaves no permanent record of your IP.
5. Subscriptions and Refunds
Outside processors (Stripe, for example) handle payments. A first-time subscriber can claim a full refund within 7 days, provided cumulative traffic stays below 10 GB and the account has not breached these Terms — the Acceptable Use rules and regional limits included. Renewals, upgrades, and flagged accounts do not qualify. File refund requests by support ticket; we review them within one business day.
6. Disclaimer and Liability Cap
NasaCode VPN is supplied “as is” and “as available,” with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent the law permits, the operator of the Service bears no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of it.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by, and read in line with, the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute that arises is reserved to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Wyoming courts.
